Ga kho sa ot (Braised chicken with lemongrass and chili) is a famous Vietnamese chicken dish in the Mekong Delta while the method and ingredients are simple. Chicken chunks, lemongrass, spicy chili peppers, shallots, garlic, sugar, salt, oil, turmeric, and fish sauce are commonly used in the dish.
The most significant ingredients in Ga Kho Sa Ot are chicken, lemongrass, and chili, as the name says. To make a tasty braised chicken with lemongrass and hot chili dish, you'll also need coconut water, ginger, onion, coriander, turmenic, garlic, shallots, and spices like fish sauce, sugar, pepper, and soup powder in the right proportions. This mixture will then be stir-fried in oil and braised for 30 minutes to an hour to finish or till soft.
