To make a tasty braised chicken with lemongrass and hot chili dish, you'll also need coconut water, ginger, onion, coriander, turmenic, garlic, shallots, and spices like fish sauce, sugar, pepper, and soup powder in the right proportions. This mixture will then be stir-fried in oil and braised for 30 minutes to an hour to finish or till soft.

To get the full flavor of the braised chicken with lemongrass and fresh chili, serve it with steamed rice or noodles.
