Cong Tay Island is situated in Bai Tu Long Bay, about 21.5 sea miles from Bai Chay Cruise Port, and is part of a trip to Ngoc Vung Island in Quan Lan. Ships and cruises take about 90 minutes to get to the island from Cam Pha, and speedboats take about 30 minutes.
