6.1. Notice of Cancellation is given before the Departure date:

6.2.1. In cases customers departing from Hanoi who have booked Rosy Cruise's shuttle service receive a cancellation notice on the same day of departure but have not used any service, the cruise company will refund 100% of the booking value.
6.2.2. If a cancellation notice is given when the guest has arrived at Tuan Chau Wharf, the cruise company will arrange lunch for the guest at the restaurant on the mainland and the vehicle to return to Hanoi (If required). The specific costs are as follows:
