6. Force majeure:
In case the Cruise does not organize the tour due to storms and the Bay Management Board issues a ban or government policies and force majeure events occur, customers will be supported to change the date once or deduct the amount paid on the next booking. The change of date or deduction of the booking will depend on cabin availability and applicable time rates.
