6. Force majeure:
6.1. In the event of inclement weather, war, civil unrest, labor conflicts, natural catastrophes, terrorism, or a local authority order, the passenger will receive a 100% refund.
6.2. Technical issues prevented the cruise from operating. The cruise line will arrange a replacement cruise with the same level of service and accommodations.
6.3. By poor weather and not being permitted to spend the night on the bay:
a. The cruise line will notify the customer in advance, prior to pick-up, and they will receive a full (100%) refund.
b. Customers are informed of a cancelled cruise when they arrive at the harbor, and Genesis Cruise organizes lunch on a boat or at a nearby restaurant as well as transportation back to Hanoi. To help clients, service costs are kept to a minimum.
c. When customers must cut a 2-night cruise trip short to make it a 1-night cruise, they are informed of the cancellation:
