Golfers of all skill levels can enjoy a round at the 7,200-yard Van Tri Golf Club, which offers 6,700 yards from the blue member's tees to the tips. The rather flat course layout offers a tough mix of well-kept, primarily pine-lined holes. The tiny moguls that dot the fairways draw attention to the complex of sharp-edged greenside bunkers. Multiple routes of attack, forced carries, good risk-reward for long hitters, and at the same time, spacious fairways and lay-up areas are all provided by a variety of holes. Without a doubt, North Vietnam's golf courses are the best-shaped and maintained in the country. Complete Paspalum playing surfaces guarantee ideal putting conditions and proper fairway lies.
