Vinpearl Golf Hai Phong was designed by IMG. It features two distinct courses: The Marshland Course and the Lakeside Course. On both courses, Tiff Eagle greens and Platinum Paspalum fairways offer year-round playing conditions.

The Lakeside Course is a par-72 resort course that measures 7,333 yards from the tips and is created through a network of interconnecting lakes. On 12 holes, water is a factor. Typically, fairways are wide, and greens have smooth, minor undulations. Run-up shots are made easier by the open areas in front of the greens. The two essential elements for making a good score here are being long off the tee and being on the right side of the pin.

In contrast to the Lakeside Course, the Marshland Course features semi-natural wetlands and offers a completely different golfing experience. Since fairways are smaller, accuracy in shot placement is rewarded well before driving distance. This course layout and style of golf will appeal to better golfers who can shape their shots. The Marshland Course's par-72, 7,291-yard layout also features numerous strategically positioned grass-faced bunkers and tiny to medium-sized greens, which increase the requirement for shot accuracy to achieve par.

For golfers who prefer to warm up before their rounds, Vinpearl Golf Hai Phong has a grass 300-yard driving range, several practice facilities, two sizable putting greens, and full-sized bunkers. All golfers receive caddies on a 1:1 basis.

The locker, changing, and shower sections of the clubhouse of the Vinpearl Golf Hai Phong have distinctive amenities. Golfers' requirements are met by a pro shop that is fully supplied. The restaurant serves a variety of foods, from short snacks for golfers to full-course Western and Vietnamese meals.
