There are 4 night markets in Nha Trang now: Nha Trang Walking Street (across 2-4 Square), Nha Trang market (on Tran Quang Khai Street), Yasaka 9 market (near Yasaka-Saigon-Nhatrang Hotel), and Tropicana Shopping (on Tran Quang Khai Street, at Hai Yen Hotel). The largest is the night market on the strolling street directly across from 2-4 Square. There are more than 100 vendors in the market, including nearly 20 food and beverage booths. Every night, 3,000–5,000 people frequent the walking street.
Nha Trang's night markets usually open at 5 p.m. The night markets are packed with people starting at 7 p.m. Tourists can purchase beautiful handicrafts and Khanh Hoa specialties such as salangane nests, aloe wood, dried seafood, and so forth. Visitors can enjoy a variety of foods in addition to shopping. Tourists may see the epitome of a Vietnamese hamlet scene with chariots, banana trees, a bamboo bridge over the canal, and shimmering lights, especially at the largest night market.
You may find a wide variety of items for sale at the Nha Trang Night Markets, including clothing, souvenirs, handicrafts, snacks, and drinks, as well as artists who do calligraphy, carving, and portrait painting, among other things. You can move about freely, observe what you want, and select the products you want. Stall proprietors are pleasant, do not solicit customers, and sell things at the advertised price. They are not only conducting business but also promoting local tourism.
