Visiting Ha Long Bay in the autumn is always stunning, but travelling to Ba Hang fishing village will undoubtedly leave you much more enchanted by the beauty. Ba Hang was once merely a calm bay surrounded by towering mountains, according to the old fishermen.
During the windy, stormy sea trips, fishermen accidentally discovered this area could avoid wind and storms. Not only are there many beautiful landscapes and caves, but fishermen can also explore many cave mouths at low tide, revealing the entrance. Inside is a large space, extremely peaceful, rich in aquatic species.
The unique and outstanding landscape here is called Ba Hang (Three Caves), because these are small lakes connected by three sea frog mouths according to geological research by the Ha Long Bay Management Board. Passing through the cave doors, visitors can enter the beautiful space of the forest with a large lake surrounded by high mountains and beautiful natural light.
